Mango chutney is a tangy and sweet condiment that pairs well with a variety of dishes.  Here's a simple recipe for mango chutney: Ingredients : - 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced - 1 medium onion, finely chopped - 1/2 cup white vinegar - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup raisins - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) - Salt to taste Instructions : - In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the diced mangoes, chopped onion, white vinegar, brown sugar, raisins, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
